IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP NEWS 2023/24 SEASON

Please renew your CFC membership ASAP so we are able to maintain our Platinum Status we require 110 members to have rejoined by the 1st July for us to maintain the status thanks KTBFFH 

     Memberships to CFC are available now. To benefit from the bonus 5 loyalty points the deadline to renew is 21st July 2023

Please advise members that membership renewals can take up to 48 hours for them to become active so we would advise that members do not leave it to the last minute to avoid missing those important bonus points.

Memberships.

Once the supporters club has reach the criteria for renewal and payment has been received, we will automatically renew the club officials. We would recommend that if there are any changes to their personal data you can log into your online account to make the relevant changes.

The supporters club members will need to be renewed by the individual member. We will not process any memberships on behalf of individual members. Any member who has not renewed, or has provided incorrect information and has requested a ticket, will be rejected on the ticket application.

Print@home Tickets

Supporters will no longer receive a physical match ticket as tickets will be dispatched via print@home for home matches. This procedure will also apply to supporter’s club home ticket orders.

Due to these changes all print@home tickets will be sent to the club secretary, the supporters club will then be responsible in sending the relevant print@home ticket to the individual member. We would recommend that you ensure that you have a valid email address for your members.

If a member is not able to attend a match, please notify the ticket office for a refund. Supporter’s club tickets are non-transferable.

If a member finds themselves in a position that they need to have a ticket reprint, this can only be done on matchdays. Please note the ticket office will be closed on non-matchdays. Supporters will be required to provide photo ID to receive their duplicated ticket with a charge of £5.00 per reprint.

Away tickets will still be a physical ticket, tickets will need to be posted to the supporters club.  If any supporters who will be collecting their ticket from Chelsea FC will ONLY be able to collect during the advertised opening hours, click here for the ticket office opening times.

Please note that away tickets cannot be collected at the away club.
